Lucio Carvalho is a graduate of the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale, where he developed a strong foundation in design and creative expression. He has built a career that seamlessly bridges fashion and culinary arts, bringing a distinctive and refined perspective to his work.
Of Italian descent and born in Brazil, Lucio moved to the United States at a young age, where he gained valuable experience working alongside chefs and within private dining settings. His background in design naturally evolved into the culinary world, where he views food as a true form of artistic expression—blending color, aesthetics, and flavor into cohesive, visually striking experiences.
Through his travels, he has cultivated a deep appreciation for global cuisine and a true passion for food and wine pairing, carefully balancing flavors to elevate both the dish and the overall dining experience.
